Specific skills and personal qualities
- At least 1 year of experience with client services
- University degree (preferably IT or business)
- Strong SQL and database skills, minimum 1 year of experience with SQL and PC systems
- Ability to coach others and work on complex data structures using SQL
- Ability to understand business and marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Customer focus and business acumen
- Professional English, knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
- Knowledge of a CRM system is preferred.
