Specific skills and personal qualities

At least 1 year of experience with client services
University degree (preferably IT or business)
Strong SQL and database skills, minimum 1 year of experience SQL and PC systems
Ability to coach others and work on complex data structures using SQL
Ability to understand business and marketing strategies
Excellent communication and project management skills
Customer focus and business acumen
Professional English, knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
Knowledge of a CRM system is preferred.
